Why two phases instead of one
An online capture is fast, cheap and available anywhere. A clinical session is precise, contextual and human. Neither alone is enough, so the HHGA does both — in that order, deliberately.
Phase 1 produces hypotheses. Phase 2 confirms, corrects or discards them. That structure is what keeps the assessment honest.
Phase 1 — Online capture and preliminary report
Where: your phone or laptop, wherever you are. How long: about 10 to 15 minutes.
You are guided through five captures, one at a time, with an on-screen frame and lighting check for each:
- Left iris
- Right iris
- Tongue
- Face
- Fingernails
Alongside the captures you answer a structured questionnaire covering sleep, digestion, energy curve across the day, stress load and history.
The platform then produces your Preliminary Holistic Report, which covers:
- Biological terrain assessment
- Natural hygiene evaluation
- Toxic overload indicators
- A vitality index scored 0–100
- Key observations and first recommendations
You receive it in your dashboard, in English or French, and it stays there permanently so you can compare future assessments against it.
Phase 2 — In-cabinet clinical confirmation
Where: with an IRIF-certified practitioner from the federation directory. How long: a full consultation session.
The practitioner works from your Phase 1 report rather than starting from zero, which is why the session goes deeper than a standard first appointment. They:
- Re-examine the iris directly, under proper magnification and lighting
- Cross-check the reflex zones on feet, hands and face
- Reconcile what the report suggested with what your body actually shows
- Correct any reading the online pass got wrong — this happens, and it is the reason Phase 2 exists
- Build a personalised terrain-correction protocol with you
You leave with a plan you can actually follow, and a practitioner who can follow up.
What it costs
The complete HHGA check-up is $16 in total:
- $10.50 — Phase 1, online capture and preliminary report
- $5.50 — Phase 2, in-cabinet clinical confirmation
Prices are displayed automatically in your local currency across the platform. There is no subscription attached to the check-up and no obligation to continue.
Clarification: This detailed assessment is designed to guide you and offer insights. It does not replace medical advice or treatment but serves as a valuable starting point for discussions with your doctor.
Frequently asked, briefly
Do I need a special camera? No. A recent phone camera in daylight is sufficient; the capture screen tells you if the frame is unusable.
Can I do Phase 1 without Phase 2? Yes, but you will only have hypotheses. We strongly recommend completing both.
How often should it be repeated? Once or twice a year is plenty for most people. The tongue and nails change fast enough to make a six-month comparison meaningful.
