Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EONSLIFE ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. The Platform is operated by EONSLIFE Technologies ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Platform Services

EONSLIFE provides eight integrated services:

• Hybrid Crowdfunding: Donation, reward, and equity-based campaign creation and funding
• FORGE Networking: Professional networking for investors, entrepreneurs, and businesses
• AI-Trading (WISE 1): AI-assisted portfolio analysis and trading insights through EXMORPHE Treasury
• TrustOS: Multi-tier identity verification and trust scoring system
• OMNIFLOW: Autonomous project execution engine with AI cognates for funded campaign management
• PAULINA: AI Global Sovereign Ambassador providing personalized guidance, coaching, mentorship, and network building services
• NEGOTEON: AI-powered negotiation and transaction orchestration engine for high-value assets ($2K–$100M+) with dual-price architecture
• LIFESCOUT: Decentralized human verification network where real-world scouts verify campaigns, businesses, and projects

3. Eligibility

To use EONSLIFE, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Accept our Privacy Policy and KYC/AML Policy

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. DealFuel System

DealFuel is our digital credit system for use within the Platform. Key terms:

• 1 DealFuel equals 1 USD in value
• DealFuel can be purchased through approved payment methods
• DealFuel is non-refundable except as required by law
• Withdrawal fees apply: 5% for verified users, 15% for unverified users
• DealFuel is used for campaign contributions, WISE 1 AI queries, and premium features
• We reserve the right to modify DealFuel terms with 30 days notice

6. Campaign Guidelines

Campaign creators agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information about their projects
• Use funds only for stated purposes
• Deliver on promised rewards within specified timeframes
• Comply with all AI verification requirements (ORACLE)
• Respond to supporter inquiries in a timely manner

7. FORGE Networking Terms

Users of FORGE networking agree to:

• Maintain accurate professional profiles
• Engage respectfully with other members
• Not misrepresent credentials or investment capacity
• Keep deal discussions confidential when requested
• Report suspicious or fraudulent activity

8. AI-Trading (WISE 1) Terms

Users of EXMORPHE Treasury and WISE 1 acknowledge:

• WISE 1 provides analysis and recommendations, not financial advice
• AI queries consume DealFuel credits (3-10 per query based on depth)
• Trading decisions remain the user's sole responsibility
• Exchange API credentials are encrypted but provided at user's risk
• Market losses are not the platform's responsibility

9. OMNIFLOW Execution Engine Terms

Users of OMNIFLOW acknowledge:

• OMNIFLOW provides autonomous project execution through six AI cognates (Scribe, Sentinel, Liaison, Oracle, Alchemist, Muse)
• Three subscription tiers: Echo (Free), Symbiosis ($49/mo), Nexus ($199/mo)
• Veritas Reports are immutably recorded with SHA-256 hash verification
• AI cognate recommendations are advisory and require human approval for critical actions
• Project milestones and budget allocations require campaign owner confirmation
• OMNIFLOW is available only for funded campaigns on the platform

9.5 NEGOTEON Terms

Users of the NEGOTEON negotiation and transaction orchestration engine acknowledge:

• NEGOTEON employs a dual-price architecture (buyer ask / seller offer) for high-value asset transactions ranging from $2,000 to $100M+
• Three membership tiers apply: STANDARD ($2K–$100K, free), PREMIUM ($100K–$1M, 299 DF/mo), VIP ($1M+, 2,999 DF/yr)
• Spread margins between buyer and seller prices constitute platform revenue; users accept that final transaction prices are subject to market dynamics
• Escrow services are provided for secured transactions; funds are held until both parties confirm completion
• Daily listing fees may apply for active listings depending on tier and category
• NEGOTEON AI pricing suggestions are advisory only and do not constitute appraisals, valuations, or financial advice
• Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of listing descriptions, asset conditions, and claimed valuations
• EONSLIFE is not liable for disputes arising from asset quality, misrepresentation, or failed negotiations between parties

9.6 LIFESCOUT Terms

Users participating in the LIFESCOUT decentralized human verification network acknowledge:

• Scouts must pass identity verification (TrustOS Level 2+) before accepting verification missions
• Mission assignments are based on geographic proximity, scout reputation score, and specialization
• Scouts must complete assigned missions within the specified timeframe and submit required evidence (photos, documents, reports)
• Verification evidence must be authentic, unaltered, and collected in person — falsified or AI-generated evidence is strictly prohibited
• Scout rewards are paid in DealFuel upon mission approval; disputed missions undergo review by ORACLE AI and may require re-verification
• EONSLIFE reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban scouts who submit false, misleading, or fabricated verification reports
• Scout reputation scores affect mission eligibility, reward rates, and tier progression
• Scouts must not accept bribes, gifts, or inducements from verification subjects that could compromise objectivity

10. AI Agent System

Our Platform utilizes AI agents (THE PATRON, SENTINEL, ORACLE, AEGIS, WISE 1) to automate verification, security, and analysis functions. You acknowledge that:

• AI decisions are based on objective criteria and algorithms
• You may request human review of AI decisions within 14 days
• AI agents may access your submitted content and data for verification

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Create fraudulent campaigns or provide false information
• Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
• Use the Platform for illegal purposes
• Manipulate the trust score or RMS system
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use AI-Trading features for market manipulation
• Manipulate NEGOTEON pricing, create shill listings, or engage in wash trading of assets
• Submit false, fabricated, or misleading LIFESCOUT verification reports
• Share or sell account access

11. Fees and Charges

• Platform fee: 5% of successfully funded campaigns
• Verification fee: 10 DealFuel (one-time)
• Withdrawal fee: 5% (verified) or 15% (unverified)
• WISE 1 queries: 3-10 DealFuel per query
• NEGOTEON listing fees: vary by tier and category; PREMIUM tier at 299 DF/mo, VIP tier at 2,999 DF/yr
• LIFESCOUT mission fees: deducted from requester upon mission creation; scout rewards paid upon approval
• Payment processing fees may apply based on method

12. Intellectual Property

Campaign creators retain ownership of their content but grant EONSLIFE a license to display, promote, and distribute campaign content on the Platform and marketing channels.

13. Limitation of Liability

EONSLIFE is not responsible for the success or failure of campaigns, the actions of campaign creators, the quality of products/services offered, or investment/trading outcomes. We provide tools and verification but do not guarantee outcomes.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between users should first be resolved through our internal mediation process. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or at our discretion with notice. You may close your account at any time after completing pending transactions.

16. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
